Daryl brings to Hybrid Homes over 30 years of experience in home building and renovations including the design, development, construction, marketing, selling and financing of over 6,000 homes. Daryl is a Certified HUD/FHA 203(k) Consultant.

Maria Gomes
FHA 203(k) Renovation Specialist
Maria Gomes is a Certified 203(k) Consultant and assists home buyers with the inspection, product selection and renovation of their home. With over 10 years of comprehensive experience in home building and remodeling, her extensive knowledge, practical application of residential building products and discriminating eye for detail which make her an invaluable team member. Maria relies on the same good taste as she enjoys the scenery and wind tasting of Northern California.

Erin Tenter
Administrative Project Manager
As Administrative Project Manager, Erin Tenter is responsible for organizing and managing the numerous vendor and client accounts and the inspection appointment schedule. Her accounting background in commercial building, home building and land development give her the tools to manage the intricacies and details associate with facilitating these transactions. When she is away from the office, you might find her enjoying her time with her Family.

Veronica Lua brings over 10 years purchasing experience in the home building industry.
