We will match or beat the combined total project cost of all products and services including but not limited to the cost of materials, labor, overhead, carrying costs, permits, permit administration, lender required document preparation and facilitation, FHA Health & Safety required repairs, Section 1 & 2 Pest Report clearance repairs, required Certifications and comprehensive warranties.

Our Low Price Guarantee applies to the final complete payment amount inclusive of contingency due under and within the payment terms and draw schedule of the lending bank.
